As a French native, whose Moroccan parents migrated to France in the 1970s. With my 3 sibling, I was born from a modest family in a small village in the South of France.
I started with very low-key jobs picking fruits in fields, waitressing in restaurants, producing magazines, and marketing collaterals as an artwork designer and even as a steward on Eurostar. After many years, I decided that I needed an International environment and left France for new horizons – London.
I was always driven by the entrepreneurship and the adventure it brings. Today, I can count several cities that were part of my professional evolution; London, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Very simply, I always believed that there was no growth in comfort and pushed for change wherever I could – always driven towards pushing the limits.
I find my energy in creating meaningful partnerships and advocate for interconnectivity. I chose professional and social environments with cultures that embrace diversity and personal growth. As a leader, I believe that enabling is one of the most inspiring and efficient style so with that, I equipe my team with the right tools, cultivate trust and celebrate every wins along the way. Nurturing collaborative intelligence is also at the core of what I do and I see it as a key element that ultimately leads people to success by bringing them together. I couldn’t land in a better role than the one I’m in now.
I’m now acting as BI WORLDWIDE’s Managing Director, Asia Pacific and have over 20 years of experience working with multicultural teams across the globe. I’m fully immersed in shaping corporate people culture and sales/commercial effectiveness programs., I provide consultative services and solutions that benefit change management, operational excellence and business growth. Managing an office that was recently certified Great Place to Work thanks to the fantastic 20 strong associates and servicing clients across 10 Asian countries is a life goal achieved.
On a more personal level, I’m also a certified scuba diver, freediver and skydiver, biker and a self-confessed adrenaline junkie. I do believe that beyond finances, the greater wealth to be gained in life is in acquiring diverse, meaningful life experiences shared with unexpected encounters and close ones.
